Your website enquiry

The WhatsApp enquiry builder prepares a message in your browser. Your name, locality, selected goal, membership and preferred visiting time are not stored by this website. When you continue, the message is passed to WhatsApp. You choose whether to send it. Gym Box then uses your message and contact details to answer your enquiry and arrange the next step.

Campaign and creative source labels, such as Instagram or Google, may be included in your prepared message to help our team understand how you found the studio. This website does not currently send conversion events to an advertising or analytics account.

Membership enquiries and the app

The registration link opens Gym Box’s enquiry form hosted by Your Digital Lift. Information you submit there is processed through that service and becomes available to Gym Box. Your Digital Lift’s policies and the applicable app-store privacy information govern those services. This website does not ask for your YDL password.

Google Maps and reviews

The embedded map is provided by Google. Loading it can share your IP address and browser information with Google and can allow Google to use its own cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms. Review links open Google Maps. The separately displayed rating shows its verification date; it is not a live review feed unless it explicitly says it has been updated from Google Maps.

If the Google review feed is enabled, review text, reviewer attribution, ratings and links are supplied by Google Maps. Those reviews are displayed in Google’s relevance order without filtering by rating. Gym Box does not control the content of independent reviews.

Other external services

App-store, social-media and WhatsApp links open the named provider. Those services apply their own privacy and account policies. Typeface files may be requested from Google Fonts. Our website host processes connection data needed to deliver and protect the website.

Visits, prices and training

A website enquiry is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment or a purchase. Gym Box confirms available visit times, coaching allocation, the final payable amount and membership terms before enrolment. The 360-day individual membership and the one-year couple membership are separate products. Training outcomes vary with individual circumstances and participation; this website does not promise a specific body change.
